How It Works

The premise of this program is extremely simple. After gathering some background information about yourself, I will give you some options and you will make one or two small changes to your current lifestyle each week. You will measure your progress weekly to see your results each week. These changes are all based on common sense that you already know, but may have forgotten due to information overload in the health and fitness industry. These changes may be related to exercise, nutrition or other lifestyle factors.

Although the process is simple, it may not be easy. I require 100% commitment. Without that you will not get the results you want.

These small changes may be simple, however they may take you out of your comfort zone. Come to think of it, if your comfort zone isn’t currently working for you then these steps are clearly necessary.
