This is different to any other online personal training program out there.
More of a coaching program, this is a collaborative effort between you and the trainer. I work with your body, not against it. We’ll figure out what works for you and what doesn’t in the most simple way we can.
A completely personalised health and fitness program, you will be able to do whatever you want, such as:

How It Works
The premise of this program is extremely simple. After gathering some background information about yourself, I will give you some options and you will make some simple changes, working step by step toward your goals. You will measure your progress weekly to see your results each week. These changes are all based on common sense that you probably already know, but may have forgotten due to information overload in the health and fitness industry. These changes may be related to exercise, nutrition or other lifestyle factors. This is an evidence-based program. When changes work, we’ll stick with them. If they don’t work, we’ll scrap them.
If you want to BE someone different,
you have to DO something different.
Although the process is simple, it may not be easy. I require 100% commitment. Without that you will not get the results you want.
If you always do what you’ve always done,
you’ll always get what you’ve always got.
These small changes may be simple, however they may take you out of your comfort zone. Come to think of it, if your comfort zone isn’t currently working for you then these steps are clearly necessary.

Commitment is by the month. The first month is $130 (AUD), from there it drops to $95 per month or $79 per month when committing to 3 months. You’ll have unlimited contact with me via email, I will provide exercise photos and videos as required, links to reliable reading and educative material as required, documents to chart your progress…. basically you will receive UNLIMITED SUPPORT. Like I said, I want you to do well.
